Purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data

The purpose of the processing is to perform the public duties assigned to us by law, in particular to provide information to the public.

Unless otherwise stated, the legal basis for processing your data is Article 4(1) of the Bayerisches Datenschutzgesetz (BayDSG) in conjunction with Article 6(1), first subparagraph, point (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Recipients of personal data

The technical operation of our data processing systems is carried out by the Landesamt für Digitalisierung, Breitband und Vermessung.

To prevent threats to information technology security, log data may be forwarded to the Landesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik on the basis of Articles 41 et seq. of the Bayerisches Digitalgesetz (BayDiG).

Your data will be stored only for as long as is necessary to perform our duties, taking statutory retention periods into account.

You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your data where the processing is based exclusively on Article 6(1), point (e) or (f) GDPR pursuant to Article 21(1), first sentence GDPR.

Technical implementation

Our web server is operated by the Landesamt für Digitalisierung, Breitband und Vermessung. The personal data transmitted by you when visiting our website is therefore processed by us.
